Bookings

Booking a service through this website is a request, not a confirmed appointment.

• A booking is confirmed once a service centre accepts it and confirms the slot with you
• Slot availability and service categories differ by service centre
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the vehicle and contact details you provide
• Pickup and drop is subject to the centre's coverage area and is confirmed separately

Estimates and approvals

Chotiwale does not publish fixed prices for services on this website. Your bike is inspected first, and you receive an estimate covering the proposed work.

• Work begins only once you approve the estimate
• If additional work is identified, we will come back to you with a revised estimate before proceeding
• Estimates are based on the condition observed at inspection and may change if hidden damage is found
• Parts availability may affect what can be completed

Service delivery

We carry out work with reasonable skill and care, using parts and consumables approved for your vehicle. We do not guarantee repair timelines, and any timing we indicate is an estimate rather than a commitment.

Your vehicle

You confirm that you are the owner of the vehicle, or are authorised by the owner to have it serviced. Please remove personal belongings before handing your vehicle over — we are not responsible for items left on or in the vehicle.

Membership

Membership plans described on this website are proposed. Pricing, benefits and availability are not final, memberships are not currently on sale, and final membership terms will be published before any plan is offered.

Franchise and business enquiries

Information about franchise models, investment bands and commercial structure is provided for discussion only. It is not an offer, and it is not a projection of returns, profits or payback. Any franchise relationship is governed by a separate signed agreement.
