What riders ask before signing up to an annual plan.
No. Membership is an annual plan that gives you reminders, service history and member benefits on eligible services. It is not a prepaid bundle of services, and services are still billed when you use them.
Membership is designed to work across the Chotiwale network. Some benefits, such as priority slots and roadside assistance, depend on what an individual centre supports.
Eligible services are the routine service and repair categories covered by your plan. The final eligibility list will be published with the plan terms before membership goes on sale.
Upgrades are planned as part of the membership programme. The exact upgrade and pro-rating rules will be confirmed in the final plan terms.
Refund and cancellation rules will be published in the membership terms alongside the site's cancellation and refund policy before plans are sold.
